Track time in After Effects
Here's an example of the information Timing records for Final Cut; for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Timing even records your project's full file path. Notice how Timing tracks how much time you spend on each individual project and video, without having to install a plugin.
You will just need to enable Screen Recording-based tracking in the Timing settings, so that Timing can obtain your project title from After Effects and Premiere.
Most other non-linear editing apps such as Final Cut Pro are also supported. And all of this information is only visible to you, of course.
